Activation Instructions

Activate Your Sensor the Smart Way

1. Download and log in to the Meshify Protect app
Create an account if you haven’t already done so. The sensor can only be installed by using the application.

2. Scan the QR on the back of the device
When scanned, the Meshify Protect app will initiate the activation process.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions
Meshify Protect app will guide you step by step through the activation process.

3. You’re all set
The sensor will be up and running in just a few minutes.

Important Things to Know Before You Start

If you haven’t done so already, please activate a gateway first.

Watch the videos to familiarize yourself with the sensors and the activation process.

Activation Overview

Step 1
Press down firmly on the button for 2 to 4 seconds (or until you hear a beep) and release the button. Button will blink purple as the sensor begins to activate. Tap Next.

Step 2
Review device connection within the Protect app.

Step 3
Place device in preferred location.

Optional: Attach accessories and mounting brackets, as needed.

Step 4
Add device location information and photo to the app to easily locate in the future.

Next steps

Finish setup of your sensors in the Protect app, including confirming device online status and device location.
Once you are done, complete activation process to protect and monitor your location.
